First GB3 Race Weekend at Silverstone

This past weekend marked an exciting milestone for young British driver Reza Seewooruthun, as he completed his first-ever GB3 Championship race at Silverstone.

Heading into the weekend, Reza was feeling confident and eager to take on the challenge. However, qualifying brought its own lessons, as the car wasn’t quite delivering its full potential. Determined to learn the car’s behavior without overstepping the limit, Reza stayed patient — resulting in midfield starting positions of P15 and P18.

In Race 1, Reza showed strong defensive skills to hold P15 across the line. Race 2 brought an opportunity to fight forward, with Reza making smart moves to climb up to P12. Race 3 saw him continue his momentum, pushing hard to bring home a P14 finish.

Reflecting on the weekend, Reza was full of positivity. “I learned so much about the car, the racing, and myself. Every setback was an opportunity to grow, and I’m already motivated to come back even stronger for the next round.”

With his first GB3 race weekend now complete, Reza is more determined than ever to build on this foundation and keep progressing through the season.
