My 2027 season starts in New Zealand!
I’ll open my 2027 season in the Castrol Toyota Formula Regional Oceania Trophy with Rodin Motorsport, building towards my first year in FIA Formula 3 with the team.
This January I’m heading to New Zealand to race in the 2027 Castrol Toyota Formula Regional Oceania Trophy with Rodin Motorsport. It’s four rounds of racing that will be the perfect preparation for my first season in FIA Formula 3 with the team.
I’m going there to fight for the title and be at the front every weekend. Longer term, my goal hasn’t changed: to succeed at every step of the single seater ladder, all the way to Formula One.
Making this step with a team I trust means a lot. We’ve built something special together this year and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve next. First I’ll wrap up my Formula Regional season at the Macau Grand Prix in November, then it’s the Oceania Trophy and the 2027 FIA F3 season in January.
A new car, a new challenge
2027 is the first year of the second-generation FR car in New Zealand, and the Trophy headlines the Repco NextGen NZ Motorsport Championship again. I’ll be going in with a full season of Formula Regional European Championship experience, including two podiums, and a second career visit to Macau in November to finish it off.
The journey so far
I started karting in 2020 and by 2022 I’d won the Junior Rotax English Karting Championship and the E-Plate. Moving into cars later that year, I took a podium in every race of the Ginetta Junior Winter Series, then finished third in the 2023 Ginetta Junior Championship.
That season gave me a weekend I’ll never forget at Brands Hatch: pole, all three race wins, and every single lap led.
In 2024 I was proud to be named a BRDC Rising Star, a programme that has backed drivers like Lewis Hamilton, and I made the jump to single seaters with Hitech GP in British F4. I finished third in the championship and top Rookie.
After a winter in the Formula Regional Middle East Championship, I joined Argenti Prema in GB3, finishing fifth overall with my first win at the Hungaroring and several podiums. This year I stepped up to FREC with Rodin Motorsport in their debut season.
